With a focus on designing and manufacturing high-performance products for demanding applications, IW continues to supply and develop new wholesale cable and wire for our main markets including Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Medical, and Space.

All of our products are manufactured in our bulk cable facility located at Bayport, NY, an AS9100 certified facility since 2012. Electrical and mechanical test capability is also available including Time Domain Reflectometry, full VNA 4-port microwave test to 67 GHz, flexure and dynamic bend test equipment.

Qualification testing can also be performed via our partner test houses in the USA.

All wire and cable types are based on Teflon™ and silver plated copper to ensure reliability under temperature extremes and provide optimum electrical performance. Full control over the manufacturing process enables a high level of customization capability for customers looking to achieve the most suitable cable type to meet their system requirements.

Coaxial Cable products

The full range of IW low loss/phase stable coaxial cables are available as bulk cable. We are also able to supply connectors with the cable should the customer prefer to use IW standard products to terminate the cable.

Our range of wholesale cables are optimized for operation in their respective frequency bands from low MHz to 150 GHz. Upon request we have the ability to accommodate custom designs, and can extrude a broad range of jacketing materials. Our jacketing capabilities allow us to produce assemblies that have extra flexibility, extended flex life, low and high temperature ranges, and resistance to oils and corrosive materials.
